RECITAL PICTURE INFORMATION
Photos will be taken by Kramer Photos and all checks are to be made payable to Kramer Photos.
Picture envelopes will be available, at the studio, prior to picture taking. I request you have your envelope(s) completed prior to arriving for pictures.
SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR SUB-TOTAL AMOUNT DUE.
When filling out your envelope, please put the song name on the envelope. Dance song names are listed BELOW.
One envelope per dance! Make sure your telephone number is on the envelope.
I ask that you arrive at the studio NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES PRIOR to your scheduled time. You will enter through the waiting room.
You must have a completed envelope to have your child’s picture taken.
See the costume book, on the table in the studio waiting room, for placement of accessories. All headpieces are to be placed on the child's right side of head, unless noted differently on the costume picture sheet.
Shoes: Ballet-Pink, Tap-black, Jazz & Street Dance--Tan
Tights: Christmas Show 2024 - white or classic pink (see costume notes in
your Parent Portal.
Style your child's hair and do their make up prior to arriving for pictures. You may style your child’s hair any way you choose, for pictures! For show, long hair must be in a bun!
Have your child dressed in as much of the costume as possible before arriving.
Individual pictures will be taken on a 1st come 1st serve basis during your allotted time--Group pictures will be taken in the order listed on the picture schedule and when all students are ready for that group shot. We try very hard to stay on schedule and you can help us by being prompt!
Pictures should be ready in about 3 weeks from picture date and can be picked up at the studio. If I have them back prior to recital, they will be handed out in class or at dress rehearsal.
I do invite everyone to attend, even if you do not purchase (you will not fill out an envelope), so that you will be in the group shots.
