It is time to get your recital tights and body liners ordered!! Need to have them by
Picture day!
Recital Tights:

Body Liners
If your child is making a complete costume change during the show, she will need to have on a body liner.

Music: music is now on the website so students can practice their dances at home. Go to the Nutcracker page, click on music player by song name to play music.
Mark Your Calendar:
October 18, 2024: Nutcracker T shirt order deadline. A white short sleeved T-shirt with a blue design on the front. The T shirt design and sign up sheet will be on the wall in the waiting room. All orders are pre-pay and you must use the sign up sheet for your order (please do not email or text me with your order). Child and Adult sizes are $20.96 each (includes tax), the XXL Adult size is $23.11.
October 31, 2024: we WILL have all classes tonight.
November 4, 2024: Nutcracker combined classes start this week. Click on the Nutcracker tab of the studio website to find the combined class schedule.
November 16, 2024: Nutcracker picture day. Click on Nutcracker tab of the
Studio website to find picture schedule information.
November 18 – 29, 2024: You may Add/Drop classes for the spring 2025 session.
Click on Spring Show tab of the Studio website to see the spring schedule. Please look closely as some classes are on different days/times. Your child is pre-enrolled for this schedule, so if you are ok with these classes/days/times, you do not need to do anything. If you want to add or drop a class, please contact me via email during the
dates noted above. DO NOT try to make changes on your Parent Portal. The new schedule will not show up in the Parent Portal until
November 26 - 29, 2024: studio closed for Thanksgiving break.
December 1, 2024: Auto pay will include: December dance fees AND
Spring 2025 costume fees.December 6, 2024: Spring 2025 costume fees and measurements due.
December 12, 2024: Dress Rehearsal (costume/dance shoes) - Mandatory
Those in Act II, 6:00 p.m., at the Granada Theatre.
December 13, 2024: Dress Rehearsal (costume/dance shoes) - Mandatory
Those in Act I Party Scene, 6:00 p.m. at the Granada Theatre.
December 14, 2024: Dress Rehearsal (costume/dance shoes) - Mandatory
Those in Act I Dream/Battle/Pineforest, Snow Scene, 1:00 p.m. at the Granada Theatre.
December 14, 2024: Christmas show "The Nutcracker Ballet". Students must
arrive no later than 6:15 p.m.December 16, 2024 thru January 5, 2025: Studio closed for Christmas break
January 6, 2025: Spring session starts this week.
March 17 – 21, 2025: Studio Closed for Spring Break.
May 24, 2025: Spring Recital “Blast from the Past” 40th Anniversary.
The studio does NOT follow the school schedule except for Labor Day, Christmas Break, and Spring Break.
Visit the studio website often to stay up to date on studio happenings! Most important pages of the website: Important Dates, Nutcracker, and Class Schedule. Here you will find upcoming dates, info on pictures, tights, costume pictures, music to practice with, etc.
Dance Fees: Monthly statements are sent via separate e-mail. Those on Auto Pay will still get a statement so that you know the amount that will be withdrawn from your account on the first day of each month. Please let me know ASAP if you do not receive your statement. Auto Pay only runs once a month. If your account is declined on the 1st, then you will need to pay by cash, check, or one time online payment.
Your October dance fees cover classes held: October 1st – 28th.
Dance Fees are due by the close of the business on the 5th of each month. A late fee of $10.00 is added to all past due accounts. Accounts past due as of the 10th of the month: your child will not be allowed to participate in class until the account is paid in full unless PRIOR arrangements have been made with me.
